The lower structure is protected by the sliding of the bearings, and the displacement of the pier and beam is limited by the cable installation. The cable support avoids the connection anchorage of limit cables at the bottom of the pier and main beam, which not only limits the relative displacement between the pier and beam, but also provides the restoring force of the support.
